SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

 All orders have a processing and packaging time of 1 to 2 days. You will receive a confirmation email with your package's tracking information once it has been shipped. 

 

Shipping in the United States:

  • Standard Shipping is $6.50 and takes about 3-6 business days.

  • Free standard shipping with the purchase of $45 or more!

  • Priority Mail is $12 and takes 1-3 business days to deliver.

  • Your package is tracked.

All orders are shipped through USPS.

 

Currently, due to excessively increased shipping rates worldwide, we are not shipping internationally. We are actively trying our best to find a way to ship internationally once again without charging and arm and a leg. We're truly so sorry for this inconvenience :( 

 

Ana's Leggings will not be responsible for non-delivery, lost, or damaged items during shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Ana's Leggings takes pride in providing top quality merchandise and exceptional value. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 3 business days of delivery. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you are returning for a reason other than defect, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Merchandise returned after that time period may be exchanged or refunded in the form of an Ana's Leggings retail credit.  
  
Please print the returns and exchanges form found at the bottom of this page by right clicking over it and selecting "Print". Fill it out and include it in your package back to us. 
  
  
A Few Things You Should Know About Returns & Exchanges: 
1. All returned merchandise must have tags in place 
2. We will not accept exchanges or returns on merchandise that has been worn or washed. 
3. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by our Return & Exchange Form 
4. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to Ana's Leggings, Ana's Leggings will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged items back to the customer. 
5. Returns after the 3rd business day of delivery will result in a store credit. 
  
How To Return or Exchange: 
Place your merchandise in a secure package. Please allow time for Ana's Leggings to receive and process your return or exchange.  Please print our Return & Exchange Form, complete the form and send it with your returning merchandise.  
Please keep your Order Summary and Tracking information for your records.  

 

If Your Order is Defective: 
If your order contains the wrong item or defective item, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Contact our offices through our contact form and we will be happy to further assist you.  

 

Cancellation Policy: 
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed for shipment it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel or make a change to a recently placed order, contact us as soon as possible.
